If the Roe case you cite was based on the same issues I'm sure that will have a bearing on how they rule The only reference to that case was the seriousness of the matter. ALso now that I think about it they didn't allow the states to over rule the national right of a women to have choice. I agree its only guesses. However based on precedence it doesn't look good for Gore. You have no precedence to show that are favorable while what I posted earlier is a clear precedence in favor of Bush and from a higher court than the state court
