Hi Drea, Syncie...them were some "goooood" turkey tips! It turned out great (whew!). I did everything you said to do - and it turned out delish. My daughter had fun stuffing the onions and celery & herbs into the turkey and then "painting" it with butter. She kept asking me where the head was. (Didn't have the heart to tell her) I also used the Harvest dressing recipe - EXCEPT (ha!) that I used Pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing in place of the dry bread it called for - I'll use that again. Thanks Drea.
