Well, I guess so. If I had that many shares I would take some profit too. I only have one third of that. I am more into Intel. Sorry, but it's not really hurting 3Com. You have some too, don't you? Why else would you come to Intel's thread, right? So it probably was y o u r sell, that made USRX dip below 86!!<gg> I am holding out longer. It could get interesting with 3Com, upgrades and all. Hope those upgraders are not selling right now. Sonny
