You fail to address my point. Gore, knowing Americans feel counting all counties this way offers the only semblance of fairness other than stopping with the machine recounts, DID NOT request all applicable counties be counted equitably. Had he meant to truly acknowledge and accept that counting all counties is fair, he'd have asked all the counties to count. It's really moot who's scared, but I ask you, why do you suppose he didn't take the high road I propose he should have? There really is, so far as I can see, no escaping this simple fact. I say again, it is NOT likely the Supreme Court will affirm a system that is appearing to allow for such a skewed count as Gore has sought.
