I expect that dade will never be counted and Palm will most likely not finish. The body of Florida Laws that dictated a deadline have proven to be a rational way of allow for contesting fraud and mistakes. I would not be surprised of all of the manual recounts were thrown out. I would not be surprised of reconsidered absentee ballots are left in. A mistake of missing the intent of absentee ballots and the small number lends itself for correction in the contesting period.
