<I have a 1.1gig Athlon TBird that was bundled with an AMD Gigabyte GA-7ZY AGP MotherBoard.>

Where did you get this "bundle"? Why don't you call
those crooks and ask for assistance, instead of
bothering AMD and Gigabyte? They did not sell you
the product, did they?

Second, the GA-7ZY, as listed on the AMD site,
to run at 1100MHz, it
has to have certain modifications, 1.0 ECN:

"ECN:7ZX_APN01 required for A1100
For information or questions regarding ECNs please contact the motherboard vendor."

Since you did not buy the product directly from
Gigabyte, I doubt if you are entitled for the
support. Call your vendor. Try a lower frequency
CPU. Try a POST card to see if you have any power
at all and any Post codes. Try to clear CMOS BIOS
data. Read Usenet groups on Gigabyte boards.
