Zeuspaul - I think it is part of the state code. That same question was asked on one of the TV shows, and that was the answer provided. From the haggard looking face of that guy I saw on TV, I'd think he'd be only too pleased to delegate it, if the law permitted. re: Perhaps the county officials should consider the consequences of the ballot system they have implemented. I'm sure they will be considering that before the next elections. I'm sure others will too. The question is, what stock is going to benefit from it? ... Mezz -
