Just like the election, as long as the FTC stalls off a decision, they will continue to find "problems". Sucks about as bad as the election as well.

Let's see, FTC has a pre signup requirement (escape 1), AOL signs Earthlink, FCC must approve Earthlink deal (escape 2) before FTC can approve merger, but, also have other "problems" (escape 3).

These guys are trying to get appointed to the Florida supreme court, right?
'Bout as boring as the election too.
