Your points are all noted. However, notwithstanding those excellent comments, IF she refuses to certify the hand counts AND the FL Supreme Court WISHES to, they can, AT THEIR DISCRETION, find her in contempt. That is all I was saying...a lot of IFs and I don't really think they would actually do that to her.

The U.S. Supreme Court will still have a major role in this whole thing.
