I tried a new dip for Thanksgiving that turned out to be a grand slam hit. I did it with crab, but I imagine it would be great with shrimp and perhaps even salmon.
Here it is:

12 - 16 oz. of crab meat chopped up into small pieces
1 package of cream cheese (low fat or reg.)
1 package of liptons onion soup (the green not french onion)
8 oz. of Mayonaise (low fat or reg.)
2 teaspoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of celery salt

combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve with your favorite crackers. I hollowed out a round pumpernickel bread. You can toast and use the hollowed bread for dipping.
