I just got up and saw the poor PB commissioners still at it.
I have a theory that they have the votes and are just keeping it to themselves, waiting for prime time, eleventh hour coverage when they will announce it to the breathlessly awaiting world.
And there will be rioting and revolution. The staid Republicans will take to the streets, completely abdicating responsible action and accountability.

They will let their doggies poop in the neighbors' yards and not scoop it up.
They will no longer separate the plastics from the paper.
They will eat grapes in the produce section without paying.
And when they accidentally put in 10.01 at the pumps, they won't pay the penny from their own pockets, but use one from the ashtray on the counter, which is most certainly a form of welfare.
The very fabric of yuppy life will be torn asunder, and it will be ugly.
