Chief,

I hear that. The specific error there was in assessing
that they would have the cash from both deals by the
end of May.

I don't disagree that it would have been better to
capitalize on the higher value. At that time, Dimethaid
had in excess of 1 years cash requirements which was looking
beyond 6 months.

Nontheless, in reviewing my post, I accept that my statement
was too subjective and it would have been better to say
that "...I will have a serious error in business
plan execution marked."

This is an investment for me, not a wager. You've already
made your decision, that from what you've seen, this is
not a company that currently will get your 'investment'
dollars. Having made a different judgement from the same
evidence, my interests are focussed on the future actions
and outcomes relating to the long term survival and return
on investment of this company.
