Now, given the fact that they will see a slowing after the holiday season like all retailers, the stock will probably drop back to a lower level.

Bingo!

You see the stock *might* go up based on a one time surge in revenues, but it most likely *will* go down after the revenues are gone.

This is why stocks like this are shorted. It either goes down now because people realize its only a one time event or it goes up now and down *more* later. Either way a short who allocates properly wins.
