No respectable parent would put their kid on that $39 pile of junk you speak of. You are severely out of touch: The kid wants a scooter. The parent goes to the local Kmart/Walmart/ToysRus or whatever and buys one. End of story. Ok- the rich kid will get the deluxe model. How many rich kids are there? Far more to the point however is that this is a fad. All fads come to an end and the likelyhood that the same company will be a focal point of the next fad is very small. Eric
