hundreds of votes in broward were counted where all chad was punched and a mark and no punch through was counted. This does not indicate a problem as thousand of votes with all holes punched properly were counted by machine. I've read all the past reports on possible problems with the votomatic and none have been demonstrated based on all the data that I've seen. If a voter does not follow simple directions a ballot does not become a vote. If a driver does not follow the rule of the road a crinkled car results. The current Palm variation detected 46 votes net difference. I think that this is when applied across all counties equal to 300 to 400 votes over three heavily democratic counties.
