perhaps Thanksgiving should become a Day of Atonement for Genocide of Native Americans Nice to know that native americans were so peace loving that would never try to wipe each other out. Kinda makes one wonder how they all decided which nation was permitted to lay claim to certain geographical regions. indianwars.org Maybe they all just got high smoking wacky tobaccy and peyote and were too stoned to fight and kill one another. People still don't know what happened to the Anazazi indians... Y'know.. the ones who lived in those cliff dwellings? Anthropoligists believe they were forced to live in those dwellings as a means of defense from their "peaceful neighbors". Anyway... they just apparently disappeared off the face of the earth... Some dare say it might have been "GENOCIDE" perpetrated by another tribe. And then we can look to the Aztecs and Incans who have NEVER apologized for conquering and enslaving their neighboring tribes. Nor did the Apaches, the Blackfoot, or many other "peace loving" tribes. You want the truth Peter? You can't handle the truth. Because the truth tells us that ALL PEOPLE ARE CRUEL and guilty and they will do whatever they can get away with. Just like Al Gore and his trying to change Florida election laws after the fact.. It is only a mutually beneficial rule of law that is adhered to by all parties that prevents outbreaks of massive genocide. And when that law no longer protects or represents a portion of those parties, violence breaks out and the power center shifts. There's your truth Peter... Power. Might makes right... Beateth thy neighbor before he can beateth you. Unless it is opposed and counter-balanced by equally assertive power groups formed into alliances and various treaties. Btw, if you think Turkey's are unsanitary, then try to think about what crabs and lobsters truly are and the food they eat... They haven't knicknamed Crabs "sea spiders" for nothing.... And the next time you worry about an animal eating crap, think of where your dogs or cat has been licking itself. Spock out....
