I would suggest they look again at the total US vote counts for Buchanan and for Nader....

That's a DAMN GOOD POINT!!! (why didn't I think of it??.. :0)

Those folks who were the most extreme voted for the most extreme candidates (buchanan certainly fits that bill, as does Nader).

Buchanan NEVER received over 1% of the popular vote, whereas Nader was at times receiving 4-5% of the popular vote in nationwide polls.

And btw, Buchanan, as extreme as he is, would never consider to be someone who would condone hating blacks or gays.

I can't speak for Nader... but I don't seem to recall his ever using any form of race baiting...

But it shows that their are a greater number of extremists on the liberal side.
