<What a moron. I think I'll make a nomination for you on the thread..>

Make what!?
You snotty dipstick, grow up a little before making a
noise. Learn first what the POST code is, or how get the
board powered. There must be a black or gray cord coming
out of your power supply, it has to be plugged into
a wall outlet first:) Understand this? You probably
forgot to plug it in:) After you learn some basics,
even then you should not post your stupid
questions on _investment_ forums.

<Bogus place? What do they have to do with it.. They just take a box from AMD and Gig put it on a shelf and sell it for them?>
What do they have to do with it, you ask? They sold you
a _BUNDLE_, which means that they are responsible
for board/processor compatibility. If it is a
_bundle_, they have to test the bundle before
selling it to customers. If it does not on your
premises, it means that something must be defective,
which happens sometimes, and has to be replaced,
or you are a technically illiterate moron. If you
cracked the chip during heat sink installation,
or fried the chip due to improper heat sink attachment,
it is your problem. The crooks also may have some
early revision boards without hardware fixes, and they
may want to get rid of them.

If your processor works in another board, and your
board works with another processor, then there might
be a problem, although it might be just a lockup bug
due to f*cking "jumperles" configuration.
