I do believe that if there are recounts, the whole state should be recounted. I also suggest that there be a uniform standard, and that the ballots be counted by CPA's from the firm of Price Waterhouse, LLP. This should be done hastily, so as not to interfere with the Emmy, Grammy and Academy Awards tabulations.
