I haven't read the zillions of posts today but isn't it sort of inconsistent to demand states' rights and then go to the Supremes asking for a state's right to be denied? Not trying to stir anything up. I didn't vote for either candidate. I'd prefer that Clinton have another term and if McCain had gotten the Republican nomination, I would have voted for him.
