Why hasn't Harris come out and given the results and certification? Pam Beach is still counting although it appears the results they come up with will still leave Bush with the majority of the votes counted at this time. I think Harris is stalling because she is waiting for their late results. If these results still leave Bush as the winner she may include them so as to appear to be being fair. If the final results from PB go against her wishes she will exclude them. Do you think this is possible? In several ways it isn't a bad move on her part if that is her plan.
