Gotta yank yer chain a little bit ;)..... Seriously.. neither candidate plans to concede after this recount.. you folks really need some rules on this BS. Steve, We have rules but neither side wants to follow them too closely. Clearly our system is flawed to some degree and will need to be overhauled/improved when this is over. Not to worry, the army hasn't mobilized and we aren't about to march on Ottawa. ;~)) ted
