Did you ever read Orwell's "1984"? I recall a passage that discussed the increase in chocolate rations that was granted to the poor citizens. An increase from 100 grams per week to 75 grams per week, or something like that. Nobody questioned the statement because everybody was too dizzy from all the spin that got put on all government actions. Anybody else feeling dizzy about now? pg
