Sam: My pleasure. The Yahoo HRC board has a colorful history being peopled early on by winners in the rehab business. Lots of knowledgeable health care employees posted; some were angry with Mr. Scrushy and the belt tightening that went on in the facilities after they were purchased. Later even more were angry with the Surgical Centers were purchased---and the stock tanked. Mr. Scrushy's lawsuit was warranted, no doubt by the crude language, but it did chill open discourse somewhat. The board of late has been mostly bottom feeders who bought in at 5-6 and are happy as clams at 13. The others who are in at 30 and see 15 as half a loaf are still in evidence, but less vocal. It would be a good thing to gather all of them in a civil forum. I am a health care provider in modern parlance and have done business with HRC. I was long, but now have recouped nearly completely after adding to my position at 6 and 9. I would like to see the company do well, but have doubts about Mr. Scrushy's ability to deal with the coming personnel problems. Time will tell. Good luck.
