The jig-saw puzzle is incomplete. There are missing pieces that we will never see. The salient elements are:

1) that Chretien had an interest in a hotel (and golf course) that was for sale

2)when the buyer for the hotel had trouble getting financing Chretien contacted the head of the Business Development Bank on the purchaser's behalf to help obtain the loan

3)after the deal is criticized Chretien goes to "Ethics Councilor" and is told no wrong doing has been done

4)BDC president Francois Beaudoin is a Chretien appointee

5)Howard Wilson, the federal Ethics Counselor is a Chretien appointee

6) Yvon Duhaime, the hotel purchaser, is a friend of Chretien

IS THERE SOMETHING STINKY IN THE STATE OF AFFAIRS IN OTTAWA OR WHAT???
