Mark: What is your basis for saying the dollar is topping out? <<

1. Falling T-bond and Note yields imply more economic slowing

2. Wednesday's employment report showed the biggest jump in initial unemployment claims in two years.

3.The Yen appears to be breaking down could be positive for the Euro. October 26 low may have been the low for the Euro and a new uptrend may have begun. If the Euro does turn up for an extended period of time, that would mean the US Dollar would be declining, thus reducing the attractiveness of US financial paper, whether bonds or stocks.

4.Tuesday's record trade deficit showed a drop in U.S. exports.

5. I can smell it and see it in the air.;)

6. Don't worry Gst i think we will see a rally here, it's the quality of this rally that could concern us all?
