Bush lost the election a long time ago. Gore has a number of valid grounds to contest the election. Seminole County allowing GOP activists to fill in missing information on absentee ballot requests, Nassau County deciding to ignore the statutorily required recount numbers (clearly because the GOP controlled canvassing board was afraid that Gore was making up too much ground in the hand recounts), Miami-Dade where a rent-a-mob shut down the recount. Take your pick, Gore's got some pretty compelling arguments.
