OT: News Flash: Kodiakbull switches his allegiance to Gore.
Yes, it's true, events of the last 19 days have finally turned me around and I'm throwing my support one hundred percent behind Al Gore and Joe Lieberman.
For one very simple reason.
This lunkhead, Terminator, Energizer Bunny can, in a way no single Republican or group (or covey or herd or gaggle) could ever possibly, absolutely send the Democrats out into the political desert for 20 years or more. If defeated, he will disappear, jobless, into the world of guest lecturers and perhaps the BoD of OXY. But if elected, he has the sole power to destroy any appeal the Democrats may have for a very long spell. He's a piece of work.
George W. can go back to Austin, get re-elected, mature and ripen for 4 more years, and then run a very smooth election. Gore will sit, tied up in Washington, loathed by one and all, while the Democrats turn to dust.
At least that's how I see it. I'm filing an amicus brief in Palm Beach County and Miami Dade County tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. supporting a new recount, by hand or by Tarot card if necessary. We must put Gore into the presidency.
