OT Fried Turkey Sunny's quite the trendoid. There was a front-page article about the new craze for turkey frying in the Journal last week (Wednesday?), describing how it was part of a trend toward "extreme cooking." Apparently it began as a Cajun tradition and has now migrated to the rest of the South and the burbs, with lots of scalded amateurs along the way.
