Ray, why do you blame dimpled chad on the Votomatic machine? Once the voter punches the votes with the stylus, can't that voter look at the ballot and see whether the holes were punched all the way out and then either punch them again or ask for a new ballot? How can any responsible voter not make sure that the hole was punched cleanly?

With every right comes responsibility. The right to vote is not absolute, it must be exercised in a responsible manner.
