Pray tell me why not. Many elections have been decided in the contest phase by such recounts.
2 courts have said no, there is little chance of recounting Dade
That one is up in the air now. Two new points, it looks like Dade would now decide the election, and we are in the contest phase of the election. Keep your fingers crossed.
