Hi Tech,

which SC are you referring to ?

USSC decision, whenever it comes, probably won't speak to current issues. tomorrow we go into the Contest phase.
they've only been asked to decide whether the Fla. SC's decision to extend the certification deadline was out of bounds.
that's already history.
and even if they decide Florida Supreme Court was out of bounds, and Harris re-certifies results from the 14th, we're still in the Contest phase, either way.

Florida law says "all votes must be counted".
there are 10,700 votes in Dade County, and another 1000 or so in Palm Beach county that have never been counted.

"Contests" to certified elections must be filed, and ruled upon in Leon County Florida District Court.
Boise is already on it.
if the judge decides that the remaining uncounted votes in
Dade County must be counted, and included in a final tally
(however they fall), he'll appoint what's called a "special master of the court" to do the recount. one man or woman
making the decision on each ballot, with standards set by the court.

any appeals of this process would go back to the Fla. SC.
again.

forget about any final resolution though, before December 16th.
