zonkie, How is Bush a know-it-all? his reputation is as a good delegator and manager.

Btw, if it was perceived on wall Street that Clinton had anything to do with the economy, we would have had serious difficulties when he got himself into trouble. instead, we were in a Bull market and the world was laughing at him/us. the bull market was a direct result of increased money supply to offset concerns over Y2K. tp
