LOL; yes, of course you're right. I guess I was just trying to make sure that people understood just because E is owned 100% by ITE doesn't mean they can just withdraw from the E bank account like it's a joint checking. If ITE wants to keep E healthy as an ongoing concern they need to balance its needs (and its banker's concerns) against their own, that's all.

And I agree with you about E, it's a sleeper that could one day suprise everyone with its contribution to ITE's well-being.

I also like Elastic, and the PBX-in-a-box maker, each of which has a differentiator in their market.
