Members of the Republican Party have urged Gore to continue in his battle. Evidently, Bush doesn't have the strangle hold on his party that he thought. It seems that there are at least a few members of the GOP congressional caucus that aren't terribly supportive of a Bush Presidency. Even if Bush wins, it doesn't appear that he will have an easy go at having any mandate whatsoever. Estate Tax repeal. Forget it. Privatize SS, forget about it. Pull out of Nato, hahaha. Appoint staunchly conservative justices to the S.Ct, no way. Bush is already a lame (or is that drunk?) duck. 4 years, at best, and out. Let me be the first to say Bye Bye Shrub. You and Daddy Bush can go fishing and reflect on being one term Presidents. That'll be real fun on the pond that Daddy's friends built.
