Now please don't go getting wacky on us about a small manufacturer in Little Rock. These machines are installed nation-wide and have been in use since the '60's. There's nothing about these devices that is new to us this year, other than this is the closest Presidential election in U.S. history and some of the machines happen to be in use in counties that have the eyes of the world on them. The problems with dimpled chads, hanging chads and undercounts are not new, or particularly interesting in most instances. Just more contentious this time around, because the stakes are so much higher. :)
