Suffering from Delusions of "I've already won" which has been going on every since election night? Wishful thinking. He may win but he isn't very mature or honest to claim victory when no one conceded and court tests will continue. Any Supreme Court and newly counted votes could put Bush back to square one. And you know it. Everyone knows Harris works for the Bushes. Her judgement is very much tainted.
