Gore didn't get his extra shot. He just got 1/3 of it. Watch and see what happens. If Gore wins one court concession this thing will be wide open again. Sure a lot of people just want it to be over with no preference to Bush (maybe all of us do in fact) but that doesn't mean Gore should give up yet. In fact he would be less than manly in my view to concede to Harris's obviously biased judgement. She didn't even count the palm Beach tally she was given. How "fair" of her. Anyway, forget Harris. If the Florida Supreme Court is pissed at her they'll knock her ass out of the way and give the process another few days. However they are running short on time which has been Bush's main hope all along. Slow down, obstruct and intimidate the counters then strike quickly with Harris. Meanwhile they're running to the Supreme Court. They know this thing ain't over too. That's why Bush posed in front of two American flags not just one. They want to try to make him look like he's already President. Not. PS - And dimpled ballots do count in most states, including Texas.
