Dear Ron: THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS--Follows quote from news service this morning:
"
Beth Newburger of the General Services Administration said ''there is not an apparent winner and the outcome is unclear'' so the agency cannot authorize transition funds and offices for Bush."

AMERICANS, tyranny is at our doorstep. The current Democratic Administration is refusing to allow for the normal and orderly transition of power. Bush is the LEGALLY CERTIFIED President elect and I know of no requirement for the other party to concede. It is imperative we get on with the transition of the office. It takes a lot of time to check out the HUNDREDS of political replacements necessary to run the Govt. It cannot be done in days. Bush deserves the opportunity to begin this process and should later he be overthrown in a contest phase of the vote, so be it, he can move out and the other move in. We all know that is unlikely and I think we all realize that Bush should not have to spend the first days of his Presidency handling MUNDANE matters and dealing with confusion and even possibly risks due to vacant posts.
What can we do?
I think it IMPERATIVE that we notify the news media, our friends, the political representatives ANYONE and insist this process be completed NOW. jdn
