The more I look at the press release, the less I see.

- of the 5.1M raised, 4.6M went to Omnigon -- a mysterious company with no known address, and no clear operations. Where is it? Why has it not released a press relase about INVT's investment? What exactly does it do?

- the only definitive thing in the PR is that INVT will *NOT* be able to honor the supply agreement for $30M that it announced a year ago. Why? This company does not honor any of its predictions or promises.

INVT's "extra time" to negotate with vendors suggests that INVT doesn't have money to pay them yet. Maybe that's why INVT has a "rollout schedule" but doesn't tell us what it is -- except that service will begin on select route in 2001 and rollout bigtime 2002 -- exactly the schedule of a year ago, but plus one year. Where's the progress in that?

- Charles
