AngloGold is holding discussions with a number of parties regarding their offers to purchase Elandsrand, Deelkraal, and some of AngloGold’s assets in the Free State. Shareholders will be notified of the outcome of these discussions and in the interim are advised to exercise caution in dealing in AngloGold shares.
