Hi DD, looks like futures are up nice this morning. So I guess the markets think the handwriting is finally on the wall.

As for a rate cut, jeez, I'd be thrilled if Greenspan would simply acknowledge the slowdown and go NEUTRAL !! That alone would set up a nice holiday rally, IMO.

But you know how the markets work, the rally could just as easily occur before the 19th in anticipation of the FOMC going neutral.

I still think there could be some rough going sometime in the 1st quarter 2001 .... and Asia and the Euro are wildcards that could affect our markets too.

Keep an eye on those charts ! You never know what they might be telling us.
