There is one thing I think I should make clear regarding the VZ installation. The service is provided by SBC via the Etrade active trader promotion. Since I live in NY and there is no SBC here, they use the local phone company which is VZ to install the line. Any problems or questions regarding my DSL are directed to SBC.
