There definatly has not been an overwhelming rush to extened comments on this tread. However, the people that started this tread are probably no longer holding any stock, so therefore have no need to comment. On-the-other-hand, I do still hold stock in this company. I also understand the way the market has treated junior mining companies. WE (all of us) also know that there has been a change in the board of D's since this stock was at $5.50. My assumption (and that of my broker) is that this company will rush again, but that it will take time to reconstruct. This stock has dropped to a low of $1.03 (today), and today after the rumor that Charles Cockrane is to be resigning, it surged up to $1.35 and closed at $1.26 -$1.35. I think that we can clearly see what has happend here. But I will try to explain, since most of you on this thread tend to be a bit negitive, not mentioning any names, "...Alan". It would seem that are fine, knowledgable and experienced (NOT) Charles Cockring, who has had mutlitudes of experience in running public companies (Ya right) has decided or has been forced to resign. Bummer! Lets recap some trading levels. 1)stock RSR at end of Jan. was approx. $0.80. Things in the company are running positively. 2) company progresses along to the end of Feb hitting a high of $5.50. VSE halts and suspends stock, pending investigation (Fare enough). During this time there are many rumors, however, company says that they are continuing anyways with their Madagascan projects. 3)Most of board resigns, and new improved President Cockring shows up to do the job, stock reopens at $1.50 (Fare enough, the thing has been done for almost two months), runs for a few days for a high of $2.85, but with specaclar volumes. Now the company has established that there is gold and gems, etc. on the properties. So why has the stock not gone through the roof. I'll tell you, BAD PROMOTIONS. This falls to the president of the company. Every publicly trading company needs promoting, Charles obviously has no experience running one or this would be happening. Have any of you called the company lately? If you haven't I suggest that you do. You'll probably have a very interesting conversation, (a one sided one) So yes, now that I have heard that Chrales Cockrane is resigning, I think that I will pick up some more shares for a $1.26! Since us the shareholders, and I am sure, the rest of the Board of D's, would like to see a President with some flare, and gusto, I am sure that the next choice will have some more experience and knowledge, than Charles had. RSR obviously has what they have said that they have or the VSE would not have let them print or say what they have said or printed. (The bre-x thing has at least allowed us to understand and beleive this)(Lets allow the VSE that much credibility!)
These are my thoughts, not yours, I'm
