Further considerations concerning Reliant:

TSIG.com has advanced them nearly one mllion dollars. What would be the interest and payment terms if they terminate the acquisition?

If they were having difficulty obtaining funding before and the venture capital has further dried up, what are their chances now?

Does the synergy of the acquisition create an advantage to their growth?

Just what are those undisclosed information items? Are they pertinent to the success of the overall company or just uncomfortable to Reliant and their necessity to work within the availabilities being afforded them at this time?

The other side -- just how desperatly does TSIG.com need Reliant? It generates revenue but needs funding for growth. Profitability is showing itself but the reward of that over the funding is probably a ways out. Do we want it? Yes. Do we need it? Questionable. It does provide a mechanism to aid in driving business to the other aspects of the company and does advance the customer base.

Conclusion, imo: The closing of Affinity and indications of near funding should hold the acquisition. The world won't end without it. Until they terminate the deal, I'll assume they stay as I feel it is more to their advantage to remain.
