Well, I suppose that's a matter for the courts to sort out. Yes? <g> I'll tell you what though. This won't happen in 2002/2004. Sun will be busy upgrading the old time chadding machines with state of the art Ultra/iPlanet electonic voting solutions nationwide. The only problems that might crop up thereafter would be the odd .NET viral voting system in Idaho and Texas that gets corrupted with the innovative Outlook exploit of the week... -JCJ
