Come on Dec 1. Let's hope Wim & Co set these idiot analysts right. This Avnet-driven price decline is a joke. True Avnet is Xilinx's largest distributor. Avnet is the largest distributor for about 300+ semiconductor lines. Avnet has a bunch of lines much bigger than Xilinx also. Anyone ever heard of TI? Intel? Motorola? To you analysts out there, find out what types of commodities Avnet is seeing slow (answer = Flash, SDRAM) then figure out which companies to talk down. The uninformed across-the-board downgrades are ignorant and unwarranted.
