i bought some LGND and SCLN last week...but only small nibble positions. i trade these fairly regularly, although i have only very limited knowledge of their fundamentals.
i would submit however that the amount of cash having been raised is not really indicative of anything. after all, i'm sure internet related ventures have raised even more cash. hasn't kept the sector from imploding...and all sectors that live on promise alone as opposed to cash flows are in danger of eventually suffering the same fate.
