Nothing that can be done about people who didn't vote. But a complete manual recount of the Banana republic of FLorida CAN be done. And it should be done. And Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford should manage it. In fact Ford and Carter ought to run the country. I trust them a lot more than either of these men.
