Oh dear. I am sure I only think it is excellent because I completely agree with it. NPR had an interesting guest on that talked about the corporate cultures of the two campaigns- how cocky the Bush campaign was, how much they believed they would win, and how this played into their relentless idea that they HAD won, no matter what the actual results might be.

The Gore campaign on the other hand. had a very mechanistic on message culture. So they remain on message, fighting fact by fact, court by court, issue by issue. The NPR guest said he saw no way these two could get together to work out their differences because they were coming from such different cultures and strategies. It was a new, and interesting way to define the problem.

So how long do you think the stock market will rally? I always try to pay attention to your thoughts on that.
